And, as we were talking, it just so happened that we both live in Hoboken
(not to mention 3 blocks from each other)
June 8th, 2002
We had a picnic at one of the Hoboken parks (Pier A); it was a gorgeous day. Joel had made the picture
(you see on this website) into a puzzle. We then began completing the puzzle; when suddenly Laura realized
several pieces of the puzzle were missing. Unbeknownst to Laura, the missing pieces of the puzzle spelled out
" Laura, Will you marry me ? "
When Joel revealed the missing pieces of the puzzle and put them into the proper placement,
Laura became filled with joy ! And of course, Joel got down on one knee and proposed to Laura;
and she so joyously said yes !
